NARWHAL artist Jacob Whibley uses collage to explore the theme of existing within spaces. His organic and geometric forms interact as though they are in a suspended moment of transition. He assembles each collage through a process of successive movements, and emphasizes the contrast between found and crafted elements. He has been published in Cutting Edges: Contemporary Collage, Elephant Magazine, and exhibited at Pulse New York and Collages this year.

The Strange Attractor is a blog that was created to attract and share strange and exceptional art from around the world. Below are Whibley’s works selected by TSA contributor Laurie Kang; you can see the original post on TSA here.

Update: Jacob was also featured on We Celebrate, an  international art and design blog that provides inspiration and research.
