In fact, Magic Pony was created out of the inspiration owners Steve Cober and Kristin Weckworth experienced on a vacation there in 2001. This area of Tokyo is where the bizarre, spooky, cute and crazy are celebrated with enthusiasm. No look is considered too wild. In fact, excess is best!!
