SHIPPING

Magic Pony offers several shipping options. At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose the shipping method that is best for you. Options vary from express to economical. Once selected, the shipping cost will be added to your purchase. After completing your order, a conformation e-mail will be sent to you. All confirmed orders ship within 48 hours.

Magic Pony ships products through UPS. We offer 3 different methods of shipping to fit your shopping needs. All UPS packages are registered with tracking numbers and guaranteed to arrive in your mailbox within the estimated time of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

The majority of our stock has been imported from overseas and is not readily available in North America. Our inventory on each item is very small, and most products are made in limited runs. Due to these factors, all Magic Pony sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. You may find your product has slight variations. These are expected with any art piece and add to the originality of your figure.
